Back Orders and Discontinued Items

We try very hard to keep ample supplies of our items on hand. Every so often we find ourselves out of stock. We will make every effort to contact you if a product you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value if t-shirt is out of stock. If discontinued you are entitled to a full refund on that tee.

All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.

RISK OF LOSS: All items purchased from Crazy Dog are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted on an exchange basis only. Returns are accepted for new sizes or for merchandise of equal or less value. Replacement orders are shipped upon return of product in a sellable condition.

Send your unworn, re-sellable merchandise to us with a brief note explaining the reason for your return and what you would like for us to do. Please include your Name, Address, Phone Number, Account or Order Number. We will send your exchange back to you free of charge.
