Store Policies

About Our T-Shirts

Whenever possible we print our shirts on Next Level Apparel, which gives you a vintage fit and feel at an affordable price.  For older designs and sizes XXL+ we use Gildan, which is a softstyle shirt with a slightly heavier weight.  Please keep this in mind when ordering for group events, as the colors and fit many vary slightly by vendor. 

Privacy

We keep this simple.  Our policy is never share our customers information ever. Period!  We value your privacy and appreciate your business!

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal

Shirt Care

Most of our shirts are 100% cotton, and follow this size chart.  Due to the process used to screenprint the designs, we ask that you disregard the instructions on the tag, and take care to wash the shirts inside out in cold water and line dry.  This will maintain the integrity of the ink and the sizing of the shirt to ensure many years of wear!  For Flip Up shirts, we recommending handwashing, or washing on the gentlest cycle (usually delicates) on your washing machine.  We are not responsible for replacing items not cared for per these instructions.

Back Ordered & Discontinued Items

We do our best to keep our inventory stockpiled, but we're not perfect and every so often we find ourselves out of stock, or find an item was mislisted in a size that is not available.  In the event that a product you ordered is not in stock or discontinued before we can update the website, we will make every effort to contact you. You are always welcome to wait for your item, or substitute another item of equal or lesser value. Items that have been discontinued are eligible for a full refund on the purchase price.  We will have to email you if we have a problem with your order, so make sure you enter an email you have regular access to!

All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.

Returns and Exchanges

Did we make a mistake?  If we made a mistake in packaging your order, please email us.  We will gladly ship the correct item out and work out return shipping for the incorrect item.

Instructions to return/exchange your merchandise are on the reverse side of your packing slip.  We have a few options for returns on any item returned new and unwashed and returned within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Refunds: Request a refund minus shipping costs.
  3. Exchange without New Purchase: You are welcome to send the item back and request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.  If you are exchanging for an item of greater value than the item returned, please include a note with your personal email so we can send an invoice.
  4. Exchange with New Purchase: You are welcome to exchange by ordering a new item online and then send the item that is no longer wanted back for a refund minus shipping.  For this option you will need to include a copy of the new Invoice Number with the return.

If you have a packing list, we ask that you include it in your package.  If you do not, a copy of your order confirmation would work as well.  Please include a note letting us know what you would like in exchange or if you would prefer a refund. 

Replacement orders are shipped upon return of product in a sellable condition, including any manufacturer hangtags, stickers, etc. Be patient and give us 2 weeks to complete the exchange or refund process.

Refunds and Discounts

Coupon codes can be applied on the first step of checkout where you can see thumbnails of your item in your cart.  Please note that we do not allow coupon code stacking, and if an order is found with stacked coupons it may be voided. 

If an item you order from CrazyDogTshirts.com goes on sale on CrazyDogTshirts.com within 5 days of your original purchase, just contact us and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method of payment.  Unfortauntely any time exceeding 5 days will not be eligible for a refund at any time.

Boring Details

Risk of Loss: The Title of all goods transfer to the buyer at the point of destination.

Missing Packages?  We can help!

If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, CrazyDogTshirts will cover reshipping costs of the goods, we just need your name and order number in an email to us.  We will always reship using the shipping speed chosen at checkout. 

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not recieved it, please call USPS and open a case for non-reciept of product and send us the case number.  If the item is not redelivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will reship at no charge.

Product Descriptions: Crazy Dog T-shirts attempts to be as accurate as possible, however, Crazy Dog T-shirts does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit and purchases at CrazyDogTshirts.com shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Rochester, New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Halloween CostumesWe accept returns of costumes on an Exchange Only basis until October 23 (must be postmarked by October 21st).  You can choose any other size if in stock or any other costume of equal or lesser value. There is also a $5 reshipment fee per costume on exchanges. Price differentials will be charged/credited to your Credit Card or original form of payment.  Please note that orders placed on or after the 23rd of October are final sale, unless you notify us on delivery that the item(s) shipped were damaged in any way.  In such cases we ask that you postmark the package within one business day, as we do not accept returns or exchanges of costumes after Halloween.  Items returned as postmarked after the 21st of October will be rejected with the postmaster and returned to sender.

If you return something that has been used, worn, washed, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you will not be eligible for an exchange on that item. Pretty please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything so you don't think we are big jerks when we call you and tell you it's a no go.  Please be respectful and repackage your costume as nicely as possible.
